    • For registered Remisier and sub-broker, eligibility criteria would be as prescribed by SEBI
    Business Criteria :
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and a burning desire to succeed.
    • A financial background, reasonably sound, to match the risk and reward equation of stock market
    • Office premises in major cities, with easy access and frontal visibility.
    • Past experience in marketing
    • Experience in requisite infrastructure, manpower and management

    • Reasonable computer knowledge to take advantage of the technology
    • Last but not the least, a common sense of business.
    FORMS OF FRANCHISEE
    Category of Franchisee Status of Franchisee Profile
    Remisier Registered Remisier For entrepreneurs having a reputation, 2-3 yrs experience in selling financial services and a good client base, wanting to set up business with no capital cost.
    Business Associate Registered Sub-broker For entrepreneurs having a good reputation and client base; A minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling financial products as a main brokers/sub-broker/Remisier/Mutual Fund distributor/Insurance Advisor/Financial planner or an employee of existing Broker/ Sub broker; Investment capacity of minimum Rs. 2-3 lakhs initially and ability to invest continuously infrastructure & people. Super and Master BA would be allowed to refer, introduce and create new franchisees under them and assume responsibility for their business development, operations and risk management. They are entitled for additional share of revenue from franchisees under them

    • Franchisee would be able to view all the bills, Contract Notes, Ledgers, open positions, Risk management sheet for all the clients introduced by the Franchisee.
    • Clients would be able to view positions of his/her A/C only.
    SPS has tie-up with leading Banks for collection of pay-in cheques & for distribution of Pay – out cheques.
    SPS will provide software from where Risk Management & MIS reports can be extracted, so that Franchisee can monitor & control the client’s risk.
    Besides, SPS will also provide initial training to the new franchisees through our Regional Office/Branches. Alternatively the Franchisee may visit H.O. for comprehensive training with prior appointment.
